Please take a second to look over your Mint item, as it is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We'll repair or replace your item should you find any issues.

not covered:

embroidery/personalization work provided by any outside vendors
issues caused by not following product care directions
issues caused by normal and abnormal wear & tear
sun fade, any discoloration or changes due to mother nature
slight imperfections in fabric, fabric print, or threads within reason
